A unique, wonderful mix of text and art on every page keeps one interested beyond the story line; however, the humorous story line is also reason enough to be engaged in this book. Moxie McCoy, very confident fourth grade detective, must solve a mystery where the suspects are students in her class. Moxie is a character!

Very, very fun book. As the beginning of a series, students will have a lot to look forward to with additional books!

How fun and current is a book about girls coding!  Allie builds an app that she wants to enter in the Games for Good competition; however, as she shares the app at school and it goes viral there are all sorts of unintended consequences--one of which exposes others' secrets.  She learns about herself and others as she works to keep her friends, collaborates with her competitor, and tries to remain in the competition.

A great book with a strong, smart  female character.
